About these terms
On betticasinospins.co.uk, our Betti information pages explain selected operator conditions. This summary does not replace the agreement for a Betti player account. The operator conditions below belong to the casino service, not to betticasinospins.co.uk.
Operator and licence scope
Betti1.com names Sefiarray B.V. as its operator. The company is registered in Curaçao under number 155219; its registered address is Fransche Bloemweg 4 in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Sefiarray B.V. states that it operates under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/842/0350. That licence belongs to the operator; betticasinospins.co.uk does not claim it as its own. The operator materials used for this summary do not establish a UK Gambling Commission licence. A Curaçao licence must not be presented as UK authorisation.
Country and age requirements
Betti requires account holders to be at least 18. The operator may ask for age evidence and suspend access while verification remains incomplete.
The United Kingdom does not appear in the operator's published restricted-country list. This alone does not confirm that a UK resident can register: eligibility also depends on the countries offered during registration, which are not confirmed here. The operator reserves discretion to exclude other jurisdictions, and its terms place responsibility for complying with local gambling rules on the player.
The published restrictions prevent account opening or real-money betting from the following places:
| Group | Restricted places |
|---|---|
| A–C | American Samoa; Australia; Austria; Belarus; Belgium; Burma; China and its territories; Curaçao; Cyprus; Czech Republic |
| F–L | France; Germany; Guam; Hong Kong; Iran; Iraq; Japan; North Korea; Laos; Libya |
| M–S | Macau; Malaysia; Netherlands; Nigeria; Portugal; Slovakia; Somalia; Spain; Sudan; Sweden; Syria |
| T–U | Thailand; United States and its territories, including US Minor Outlying Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands |
Account details and inactivity
- Betti requires accurate registration details: legal name, birth date, home address, email and a personal telephone number. Changes must be reported to the operator.
- The operator permits one account per person and says duplicate accounts will be closed.
- After 12 months without activity, Betti may deduct €10, or its currency equivalent, each month from an inactive account's cash balance. Deductions end when activity resumes or the balance reaches zero.
- A remaining inactive balance can be requested through withdrawal. For a blocked or excluded account, contact the operator's support team instead.
Withdrawals during a gambling restriction
Betti's terms reserve a 50% administration charge on the total amount of a withdrawal pending approval when it is at least €10,000 and the account is self-excluded or timed out. This is an operator condition, not a charge imposed by betticasinospins.co.uk.
Account closure, time-out and self-exclusion apply to the relevant brand account; they do not automatically cover sister sites. The [responsible gambling page](/responsible-gambling/) explains the tools and their scope.
Changes and disputes
Betti's terms allow the operator to revise its conditions without advance notice, but say revisions do not retrospectively alter bonus promotions. Where translations differ, the English terms take priority.
The operator's agreement specifies Curaçao law and exclusive jurisdiction there for disputes. These provisions describe Betti's agreement and do not establish governing-law terms for betticasinospins.co.uk. See [contacts](/contacts/) for the distinction between site enquiries and casino complaints.
